Custom Basement Finishing
Transforming unfinished and outdated basements into comfortable, functional living spaces built around your home.
Basement Finishing Designed Around Your Space
A finished basement can add valuable living space without changing the footprint of your home. CG Renovation Services works with Denver-area homeowners to transform unfinished or underused basements into comfortable, practical spaces designed around the way the home is actually used. From open recreation areas and family rooms to offices, bedrooms, storage and flexible living spaces, each project is planned with attention to layout, lighting, materials and long-term functionality.
Framing, Drywall, Flooring & Finish Work
Basement renovations often involve much more than simply covering unfinished walls. Framing, drywall installation and repair, flooring, trim, doors, lighting and finish carpentry all need to work together to create a space that feels like a natural extension of the home. CG Renovation Services handles the details with careful attention to fit, finish and durability from the early stages of the project through the final touches.
